  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may incur a charge of 50% of the fare.

Fares and Payments:

  • Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type. Additional charges may apply for extra services or non-standard requests.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods. Payment is due at the end of the journey unless otherwise arranged.
  • Tips and Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in the fare and are left to the discretion of the customer.

  • Lost Items: Please report lost items promptly. We are not liable for lost belongings but will endeavor to return them. Charges may apply for items left in the car, depending on location.
